Michaila M. Nolan, Office Manager

Michaila is the office manager for HMLG, and is currently undertaking studies to become a paralegal. Prior to joining HMLG, she co-founded a consulting and management firm in Seattle serving high-end design, development, construction, law and real estate ventures.

With more than 10 years of experience in business operations, office management and project administration, Michaila combines progressive thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit with an acute attention to detail.

Michaila launched her career as administrator for the Arizona branch of an international development company. There she controlled weekly payroll, productivity reporting, human resources, accounting and record keeping, and contract administration and review. She effectively designed and implemented new systems for more efficient in-house operations.

After her move to Washington, Michaila's passion for taking on new challenges and her ambition for operational excellence led her to establish her own consulting practice. As a third party consultant, Michaila supplied local organizations and entrepreneurs with assistance in day-to-day operations. Her goal has been to create and instill procedures and knowledge enabling a company to do more with less. She now looks forward to acquiring the skills and experience to transition further into the legal field as a paralegal. She is excited to offer another level of support and service to our clients!
